Charlie’s Charmed will happily accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. All items must be unworn, in new condition and undamaged. Return shipping will be at the purchaser’s expense, unless your order was damaged in transit or sent in error.  To begin the exchange process, please email us hello@charliescharmed.com

As Charlie’s Charmed is 100% handmade, please allow 2-4 days for order fulfillment processing. We are excited to offer FREE Local Drop-off’s (Winnipeg city limits) we will contact you to arrange for a delivery time. For those of you further off we are happy to offer FREE shipping on Canadian orders of $75+ and FREE shipping on US orders of $100+, use the codes FREESHIPCAN and FREESHIPUSA.
